Quesería de la Jara recovers the cheese-making tradition that has existed in this region, and we market these artisan products of which we are very proud, in our cheese factory located 7 km from the livestock farm, in the municipality of La Nave de Ricomalillo.

The region of La Jara has always been a land with a multitude of goat herds, which is why we have set up our own Malaga breed goat farm in a privileged natural setting in the Montes de Toledo, in the municipality of Buenasbodas.
